In our article with reference number, our Court has decided to make an announcement on behalf of the
accused Ali Can Besik, however, there is no notification option in the US country in the UYAP system,
and our court is informed how the notification will be made. if a notification will be made on behalf of
the defendant in English or Turkish and also by announcement;

dated 13/04/2021. For these reasons, the hearing date is 06/12/2022 at 09:00 and these expert reports are
announced to you together with the notification of Article 281 of the HMK.
It has been requested that the cost of publishing the text of the announcement written above in the USA
be notified to our court as soon as possible, however; No response has been given so far. This time, we
request that the fate of our letter be investigated and reported to our court before the date of 14/03/2023,
when the hearing is suspended.
